Lost or Stolen ATM/Check Card

If your card is lost or stolen or you suspect unauthorized activity call the Bank of Salem immediately at (870) 895-2591, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. If it is after banking hours, call (800) 500-1044 and speak with a fraud specialist.

Warning: Fraudulent card transactions are on the rise, even in our community. It is critical that you NEVER give out your MasterCard debit card or ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN). Also, never write your PIN on your card or keep it anywhere in your wallet or purse.

As an added security feature you may receive texts and/or emails asking you to confirm certain card purchases.  The text will require that you respond to a specific transaction only.  We will not ask for account or personal information.
