Lost or Stolen ATM/Check Card
If your card is lost or stolen or you suspect unauthorized activity call the Bank of Salem immediately at (870) 895-2591, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. If it is after banking hours, call (870) 895-6103; leave a message including the cardholder’s name, account number, and phone number. Messages are checked on a regular basis and the cardholder will be contacted as soon as possible.
Warning: Fraudulent card transactions are on the rise, even in our community. It is critical that you NEVER give out your VISA check card or ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN). The only time you should use your PIN is at an ATM. Also, never write your PIN on your card or keep it anywhere in your wallet or purse.
